It’s one of those topics people find very difficult to open up about, and it is imperative, now more than ever, that we have transparent discussions about mental health and bring it to the forefront of conversations. Now, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, Soni Razdan, Pooja Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt have a heartfelt discussion where they opened up about depression and mental health at the launch of Shaheen’s book I’ve Never Been (Un)Happier.

It was Shaheen Bhatt’s big day as her book I’ve Never Been (Un)Happier was launched on Wednesday. The entire Bhatt family was present and talked openly about her struggle with depression, stressing the importance of effectively communicating the negative thoughts, and the signs and symptoms of depression. Alia Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt were Shaheen’s biggest cheerleaders at the event. Soni Razdan opened up about how she couldn’t figure out the symptoms of depression- chronic insomnia, being one. Shaheen also talked about the resistance she felt about seeking help. On the work front, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra along with her beau Ranbir Kapoor.
